Recipe book challenge

My non-running challenge this year is to start eating healthy foods. My sister bought me a vegetarian recipe book for Christmas and I have decided that I am going to cook each recipe in the order they are shown in the book, which means that I will have quite a few soups this month but eventually I will be able to have lots of puddings. I am not a great cook – I can probably only cook about 7 different dishes (and two of those are flapjacks) so this could either be an expensive disaster or a brilliant way of learning a few things. My only rules are to try the recipes in the order that they are in the book and to stick to the recipes as much as I can.
