This week is the second week of the beginners running course. It looked as though there were just as many that turned up this week as there were last week plus a few new faces that I recognised from the beginners group last year.
I lead a group with Bren again and we had a group of 6 runners. We ran for 2 minutes, walked for 1 minute and repeated 7 times. Everyone seemed to cope really well with it and seemed to be going at a pretty good pace. I just hope that I can keep up with them when we start running a bit further!
