Was a bit worried about running today as my foot is killing me, but when I went out this evening to run with my Dad I found that running on it was a little less painfull than walking on it, so I might be ok.
This was the third time this week that I have run with my Dad. As it is still week 1 then we repeated what we did before, so we ran for 1 minute, walked for 90 seconds and then repeated 8 times. The pace seemed a bit quicker today so he seems to be making progress already.
I am planning to run with the club tomorrow – let’s hope my foot holds out as I am enjoying running (!) and enjoying the challenge of running every day. I wonder if I will feel the same this time next week!
